Rec Center Reservation Rules

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review and adhere to the following reservation policies:

Reservation Requirements

Minimum Reservation Time: All reservations must be for a minimum of 4 hours.

Deposit: A $125 refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be returned after the event, provided there are no damages or policy violations.

 Additional Notes

Reservations are confirmed only after the deposit is paid in full.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

The facility must be left clean and in good condition to receive a full deposit refund.
